How To Add IPTV M3U On VLC Media Player?
Step 1: Open VLC, then go to Media → Open Network Stream… (or press Ctrl + N).
Step 2: In the URL field, paste your M3U link provided by SmooTV. (If you downloaded an m3u file instead, use Media → Open File… and select it.)
Step 3: Click Play.

Step 4: Open View → Playlist (shortcut Ctrl + L).
Your M3U channels/groups will appear in the Playlist.
Double-click any item to start playing.
Right-click items to add to Favorites or create folders.
Use Ctrl + F to Search quickly.
