If the above solutions do not work for you and you already made up your mind to request your money back, simply contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will make you a refund. When requesting to return your money please let us know the reason you wish to stop using our product and service, and if there is anything we can do.
Please don’t share your subscription logins with anyone, to avoid any issues in the future. in case a subscription is detected to be used by 2 different IP’s, it will automatically be locked (contact us for help)
