The URL must start with http:\/\/ and match your Smootv message exactly, including the port if there is one. Username and password are case sensitive, and a space at the end counts as a wrong character.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"sg-fix\"><h3>Loading never finishes<\/h3><p>Leave the screen alone for a few minutes and do not press back. If it still hangs, close the app, check that the internet works on the device, and open the app again.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"sg-fix\"><h3>New channels or films are missing<\/h3><p>Press Refresh on the home screen. The app downloads the lists again and picks up everything that was added since your last load.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"sg-fix\"><h3>The picture buffers or freezes<\/h3><p>Use a network cable or 5 GHz Wi-Fi. You need about 25 Mbps for HD and 50 Mbps for 4K.
