If nothing changes, upload the playlist again and check that the ID matches the MAC address on the TV exactly and that the M3U link was pasted in full.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"sg-fix\"><h3>The playlist does not load on an older TV<\/h3><p>Upload it again with Save online ticked. SIPTV recommends that option for TVs that run out of memory while loading a large list.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"sg-fix\"><h3>The app is still in test mode after paying<\/h3><p>Wait 5 to 10 minutes and restart the app. If nothing changes, contact SIPTV support with your receipt and MAC address, because they handle the activation.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"sg-fix\"><h3>The picture buffers or freezes<\/h3><p>Use a network cable or 5 GHz Wi-Fi. You need about 25 Mbps for HD and 50 Mbps for 4K.
