It comes without channels, and its makers are a separate company from Smootv. Keep the order receipt and the e-mail address you used at checkout, in case you need BayTV support later.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"sg-done\"><p>That is all. Your playlist stays linked to this TV, so you only add it once.<\/p><\/div><\/section>\n<\/div>\n<h2 id=\"fixes\">If Something Does Not Work<\/h2><div class=\"sg-fixes\"><div class=\"sg-fix\"><h3>The app stays empty after you press Send<\/h3><p>Press Reload or restart the app first. If it is still empty, add the playlist again and check two things: the MAC address matches the one on your TV character for character, and the M3U link was pasted in full.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"sg-fix\"><h3>You want to replace the playlist on a TV<\/h3><p>The same page on cms.bayip.tv has a Reset my playlist box. Enter your MAC address there, press Reset, and then add the new link as in step 2.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"sg-fix\"><h3>The app still shows the test notice after paying<\/h3><p>Wait 5 to 10 minutes and restart the app. If nothing changes, contact BayTV support with your receipt and MAC address, because they handle the activation.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"sg-fix\"><h3>The picture buffers or freezes<\/h3><p>Use a network cable or 5 GHz Wi-Fi. You need about 25 Mbps for HD and 50 Mbps for 4K.
